Boredom can lead to the greatest ‘achievement’ in your life.

If you understand what I am about to say.

 

The path to true contentment lies not in accumulation.

But in subtraction.

You may realize that your discontent stems not from a lack.

But from an excess.

An excess of mind.

And the truth is that…

 

To go beyond boredom 2 things need to happen.

1) See new illusions being created by the mind.

2) Destroy old illusions you believe in.

 

Catch your mind producing untruth.

For instance the thought “I will feel better when I drive a Lamborghini”.

True freedom comes not from having everything, but from needing nothing.

Destroy falseness within you.

For instance, write or speak to dissect your thoughts.

If the desire to find the truth is strong enough, you will begin to remove what is not true.

 

Successful people often face the same boredom and emptiness.

Every human’s ultimate challenge is to die to their old self.

The self that achieved, acquired, and hustled.

 

In this death lies rebirth. 

A rebirth into a state of being that requires no external validation.

 

The successful man or woman must learn to turn their gaze inward with the same intensity they once directed outward.

He must become an explorer of his own consciousness.
Mapping the territory of his mind with ruthless honesty.

The ultimate success is not in conquering the world.

But in conquering the tyranny of one’s own mind.

It is in this conquest that true contentment is found.

Not as an achievement, but as a natural state of being.

And boredom ceases to exist.

And restlessness begins to steer,  

It’s not a curse, but a quiet guide,  

To something deeper, something bright.  

 

You’ve climbed the mountain, touched the sky,  

Yet still, your heart begins to sigh,  

For in the chase and all its gain,  

You’ve gathered much but still feel strain.  

 

True freedom is found in letting go,  

Of all the things that STEAL your show,  

To need for nothing, that is peace,  

And in that calm, all boredoms cease.  

 

Not to add, but to SUBTRACT,  

And see the truth behind your ‘lack’.  

For greatness isn’t always loud, 

It’s found beyond the chasing crowd.
