What if there is a chase that would end all chasing?
What if there is a mountain to climb that would end all climbing?
What if there is a place to arrive from where one does not need to travel?
What if there was one problem that would solve all other problems?
Would that mountain be worth climbing?
Even after many injuries?
Even when being and feeling hurt?
Even when clinically too unhealthy (by the doctors) to climb the mountain?
Would it be worth it?
If that’s your question…
I answer.
Is anything else worth it?

Can you even have a choice?
Even if there is a chance you won’t make it to the mountaintop…
Is it worth it to even get a glimpse of it?
The mountain that can end all climbing.
The climb that would end all future pain.
Is it worth it?
How can you live a life…
Not having seen the mountaintop.
By no means I’m trying to convince you to start climbing.
Or even convincing you of wanting to climb.
Because it can’t be a choice.
It’s simply the only thing.
Or it is not.
No convincing will change one’s desire to keep traveling.
No amount of words can change the one who sees no other mountains.
After hearing the truth, it seems unimaginable.
For nothing but the climb to ‘happen’.
So my question: “Is it worth it?”
Is not a real question.
Perhaps the real question is: “Are you willing to climb alone?”
Are you willing to leave the familiar air behind, and start breathing through the mist of this mountain? For there is a possibility you will never return the same…
Perhaps that’s the question, my friend.

What if there’s a goal that ends all goals?
What if there’s a mountain that ends all climbing?
A place to arrive, needing no more travel,
A single problem, and all others unravel.
Would this mountain be worth the pain,
Worth the struggle, the loss, the strain?
Even with injuries, feeling hurt and weak,
Is this the summit you would seek?
The climb that ends all future pain,
The quest that makes all effort gain.
I don’t persuade you to start the climb,
For it isn’t a choice, even if you have all the time.
So, the question isn’t if it’s worth the quest,
But are you ready to leave the rest?
Are you willing to climb alone,
To find the place where perhaps you belong?
