How to know yourself?
I won’t give you steps to follow.
Because you won’t follow them.
I won’t give you a method to do.
Because you won’t do it.
I am making myself understand, through writing.
Which may help you understand, through reading.
Or it may not.
I don’t care.
As I only care about myself.
If you think that’s bad.
You have not yet understood yourself.
Because you do EVERYTHING for yourself.
I write this so I learn for myself.
As writing can be a pure medium from where truth arises.
It’s not really the thinking in the writing process that helps me learn.
It is something I can’t describe that types the words that are coming from a pure place within.
Seeing those words appear, makes me see the truth inside me that I now gave a chance to come out.
This is the truth.
I write for myself.
By the way, I am Jordan, 23 yrs old, did over $4M in Revenue,
Hired over 50 people and making videos on YouTube since 2012.
I am growing my personal brand through writing and videos.
Which helps me remove the ‘need’ for money with little waste of time.
Because I hit 2 birds with 1 stone.
Self-Mastery & Financial Freedom are the birds.
My creation process is the stone.
I share this because you have been conditioned to care about numbers and appearance.
But the truth is that it is effectiveness > appearance that works.
And it is effective to know yourself.
That is why I write this letter.
Not for you, but so I may understand myself better.
So let’s be honest!
I don’t write this to help you.
Why would I?
I don’t even know you…
And even if I did, why do you think you care about other people?
You only care about other people, so that it may help you.
You see?
You love someone so you may get love back.
You ‘care’ for your partner when he is sick, so you may be taken care of when you …
You say yes to the thing you wouldn’t be doing if your friend didn’t ask you,
So your friend will say yes when you seek a companion.
You donate so you feel better.
You would even DIE for your kids because you are conditioned to believe that you are a GOOD father or mother if you do this.
That it may be a ‘worthy’ way to die.
An honorable way of death.
Why understand yourself?
To not waste your life.
If you truly understood everything and anything about yourself.
Don’t you think you would be free from yourself?
And that to be free from yourself would lead to a life without waste?
And that living the rest of your days without waste would be the only thing that matters?
You are unserious if you believe me.
You are serious if you ask yourself.
You will become who you believe yourself to be.
You have become who you believed yourself to be.
So: “Who do you believe yourself to become?”
I believe myself to become a successful artist.
Successful meaning to me: no need for money and creating pure art FROM within me, instead of TO the world.
That is the most honest answer I can give myself right now.
It might change.
It probably will.
But the question is more important than the answer.
As the answer is formed from the mind.
And when the mind can explain it, it is usually not the purest answer.
As the answer is created by words.
Words can never be perfect.
There will always be a gap between the purity in your heart,
And the words you choose to describe it.
All words that you know, are conditioned by the people who used them before you.
And the words that you do not know yet, can never find their perfect match with what you feel.
To understand yourself,
You may find a way to your heart.
This may begin Today.
With the understanding that your whole existence is created out of thoughts.
THOUGHTS.
Do you see?
You were once nothing, except for being part of life itself.
But you created an identity.
And became attached to this person.
When people around you attack this person, you become angry.
Are you with me?
Let’s say you created the identity of the purple man.
And your yellow father calls you red.
You become furious.
You are not red, ‘losers’ are red.
You are purple.
The world must know.
So you buy even more purple clothes.
You even start to wear purple make-up.
So your yellow father may never call you red again.
You care so much.
Why, my friend?
Why do you want to be purple?
Because you think it is good?
Who says purple is good?
Who told you this?
THE WORLD.
OTHER PEOPLE.
How did you got conditioned to believe purple is good and you must be purple?
Because the outside is stronger than your inside?
To know yourself is to know others.
To know yourself is to see the colors of others painted onto you.
You may stand in the rain to see it disappear and reveal your baby skin.
To return to baby you.
Wouldn’t that be beautiful?
To return to the innocence of having no color?
It takes a lot of rain, my friend.
May you find the storm.
A storm powerful enough.
Or stay painted forever.

How to understand yourself (a poem)
Why seek to know who you truly are?
Why being lived by others? Led afar, so far?
Who do you believe yourself to be?
A question deep, for you and me.
But it may be difficult to answer with words,
Just like fighting was, without swords.
Words often, imperfect vessels of thought,
Yet through them, truth can be sought.
So I write to understand me,
Sometimes reading, can make you see.
See, that others have been painting you,
And that has now become the body you see things through.
So in the rain, let your paint be washed away,
Revealing theinnocence from your birth day.
